The Riverside Reunion 2011 was the “best ever” (quote from an O.R.)! Considering the ‘heavens opened' on more than one occasion during the evening and we were forced inside – oh dear! Shame to be forced inside such a lovely pub and with such amazing people!? “It is a pleasure to be among so many wonderful young people – just shows what a wonderful school it must be!” – quote from another O.R. The pub was packed and onlookers must have wondered what the celebration was, as old and young all mixed in and had a jolly good time and a jolly good laugh. Many thanks to Jane Bruce (O.R.) and to Martin Tanner (just old really!) for drumming up so much interest in this event over the years. |
