The nursing sisters are always available to treat a child who falls ill or grazes a knee and they will also administer prescription medicines to children if required.

Children requiring an asthma inhaler will keep these close to hand and, in the Pre-Prep classes, the staff will always assist in administration, having been trained by the nurses.

All staff have been trained in the administration of the “Epi-Pen” and any children at risk from a severe allergic reaction can be assured that emergency treatment will be instantly available.

The school doctor visits The Medical Centre regularly.
