Oxford House is one of the two boarding houses for boys at Royal Russell. We have up to 35 boarders each year from many countries of the world and as many as 30 “day boys” (boys from the local Croydon area). So the House has a very international flavour – everyone is expected to join in the social and sporting activities which are an important part of our life as a community.

Oxford House is proud of its achievements within the school. We often (but not always !) win the boys’ House Championship - for our overall performance in the inter-house sports competitions. We expect an outstanding level of commitment from all Oxford boys. Our students make a good contribution to music and drama in the school and we also enjoy a number of house social events during the year, including a momentous Christmas party, a Halloween party and a summer barbecue .
