Houses

The building blocks of our community are the ‘Houses’. Some are a mixture of boarding and day pupils and some are for day pupils only. Your House provides a social base during the day and will involve you in both cultural and sporting events throughout the year.

The Head of House will offer you pastoral support to complement the relationship you have developed with your academic tutor and teachers. Our multi-faith community thrives upon an atmosphere of mutual respect and understanding.

The Sixth Form Centre and Library provide a focus for academic life during the working day. Here you have access to the Head of Sixth Form and the Head of Careers, along with reference books and the Internet.

Interaction with other members of the sixth form will be a major component of your educational experience. At the start of the year our leadership course brings our Sixth Form together. This is one of a number of prestigious events, such as formal Sixth Form dinners, concerts, discos and the Summer Ball. By the time our Sixth Formers leave for university, they are socially accomplished young ladies and gentlemen, well placed for success in the modern world.
