Ski Trip 2013
On a wet and dismal Tuesday morning Year 2 left Royal Russell to go to Brighton! The trip was to support our class work on the seaside and the weather was not going to dampen the children's enthusiasm and excitement.
On our arrival at the Sea Life Centre we were given a VIP tour. We saw many strange beautiful and fascinating creatures that live in the underwater world. We had close views of starfish, red puffer fish, piranhas, tropical sharks and many more. We fed the vegetarian turtles and had a ride in a glass bottom boat. After our lunch we were able to explore the pier and see many of the coastal features that we have been learning about.
