Royal Russell School is a leading independent day and boarding school in south London providing exceptional opportunities for girls and boys aged 3 - 18.

Royal Russell offers the kind of high quality education that any parent would wish for their child in a stunning parkland location, which complements and enhances every learning experience. From our Junior School through to the Sixth Form, our pupils are rightly proud of their School, and their achievements during and after their time with us are a lasting testament to what they have learned.

Our Patron
Royal Russell was founded in 1853 and we moved to our present extensive estate in 1924. Her Majesty the Queen is our Patron and the School Trust is governed by an experienced Board of forward-looking Governors.


Boarding
At Royal Russell School we are very proud of the friendly atmosphere which prevails in our international community. Four hundred and fifty “day students” from the local area (South London) study alongside one hundred and forty “international students” from more than twenty-five countries around the world. Many students form friendships which can last a lifetime with the people they meet in the classroom and in the boarding houses.
