The Barbershop was formed in 1997 by Hugh Sutton.  This is an extremely popular choir for boys whose voices are changing and which attracts a large number of teenagers who otherwise would be lost to choral music.  As a choir in their own right they perform much of the Songs of Yale and Kings Singers repertoire although they also provide an invaluable role in providing the tenor and bass parts for many choral performances in the school.
