The Chamber Choir are past finalists of the National Choral Challenge which led to them performing in concert on stage at the Royal Albert Hall to an audience of 5000. Their busy schedule of engagements has taken them as far a field as Thailand at the invitation of the British Ambassador to Thailand as well as regular visits to Gibraltar to sing at the invitation of the Dean of Europe in Gibraltar Cathedral. They were pleased to give a Carol Service at Chelsea Old Church for the third consecutive year December 2011 which raised over £10,000 for the Charity RAPt working with stars Bill Nighy, Phyllida Law, Emilia Fox, Rupert Everett and David Schofield. The Chamber Choir are also regularly asked to perform at special occasions such as Weddings and Anniversary celebrations and their wide repertoire, stretching from Bach and Tippett to Billy Joel, reflects the diversity of their engagements and abilities. |
