The students had 10 hours to produce their GCSE final piece based on their chosen theme.
They had 8 weeks preparation time in which to research their theme thoroughly.
This included investigations of artists and craftspeople who also used the same subject matter. Experimenting, developing and testing techniques, processes and materials before they embarked on the final art work. This year’s themes included; Water, Food, Strange and Fantastic, and The Human Condition.
