EXCELLENT RESULTS AT NATIONAL SCHOOLS TRAMPOLINE QUALIFIER

We had an amazing day at today's trampoline competition. With 24 RR pupils competing, it was incredibly busy!!

4 teams and 8 individuals qualified through to the Zonal round in January.

Congratulations to all the Junior School pupils who took part in the National Schools trampoline qualifier. There were some excellent results but most of all a great sense of teamwork and support. In the U11 Novice section the girls bounced brilliantly all their hard work paid off!

Sophie, Ally, Caitlin and Georgia took the team title with Melissa, Amy, Sasha and Safia runners up. Both teams now go through to the Zonal round in January.  Individually Sophie finished runner up with Sasha in 3rd! Brilliant results girls, they both also go through.

Matt produced 2 great routines to win the U11 Intermediate event qualifying for the Zonal round.

In the U11 Intermediate group Eivie was crowned champion with Sophia 2nd and Jasmine 3rd- fantastic bouncing for the girls. Along with Amber the girls took the team title! The girls and team now go through to the next round.

A huge thank you to all the trampoline coaches and officials who made the day possible.

In the Senior School, Grace Scott performed 2 stylish routines to finish 2nd in the U14 novice section, the largest group of today with 88 competitors. The team of Grace, Anna, Becky and Azra finished 4th out of 15 teams narrowly missing the next round.

In the U14 Intermediate section Emily A, Emelie, Ellie and Maddy finished 2nd in the team event securing them a place in the next round!
