  •  A copy of your child’s passport for Day Pupils (please provide passport AND birth certificate for Boarding applications).
  • Passport style photograph (head and shoulders only).
  • Copies of two School Reports, one being the latest school report (this is not required for Nursery applications).
  • Credit or Debit card for the registration fee deposit.
  • If appropriate, Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) reports, including diagnosis documentation, Educational Psychologist Report, Speech and Language Reports or current school setting documentation.
  • The name and email address of your child’s current Head (for school reference purposes). For Nursery applications, please supply your current setting details.
  • Applications for scholarships are included in the registration form; please ensure the relevant documents are available to submit before starting the registration process. Scholarship applications must be submitted at the same time as the main application form to be considered.

All applicants who sit the Entrance Examinations will be considered for an Academic scholarship. A separate scholarship application is not required.

Scholarship supporting documentation should be uploaded to the relevant ‘upload document’ section of the registration form. Please refer to the scholarship section of our website to ensure that your child meets the required criteria for each Scholarship prior to applying.

If you wish to be considered for a Bursary on entry at Year 7, Year 9 or Year 12 you must indicate this on your Registration Form and complete a confidential Statement of Financial Circumstances form (SOFC) which will be sent to you separately.

Bursary applications are expected from families who could otherwise not afford to pay full fees for their child/ren. Therefore, should your bursary application be unsuccessful, an offer of a place at full fees will not be made for your child/ren.

We recommend that you use Google Chrome as your web browser when completing the application form and that any documents are in the only accepted formats of .pdf, .doc, .jpeg, and .jpg.

Registration Fees

At this stage, a registration fee is payable as follows: £150 for Nursery (VAT not applicable), £180 for Junior and Senior School Day pupils (inclusive of VAT), or £300 for a Boarding place (inclusive of VAT). Once your child is registered, we will provide further information about assessments, interviews, and taster days to complete their application.

By registering your child, you agree to our terms and conditions as detailed in our Privacy Notice.

Once you start the process, we would kindly ask you to continue through to submission as registrations cannot be saved and re-started.
