Royal Russell offers the following bus routes for day pupils to travel to and from school:

Bus Service Fees
Costs for 2025-2026 are £530 one way per pupil, per term and £1,060 per pupil, per term return. To keep costs down and maintain a reliable service, parents are requested to sign an agreement for one academic year. The service is reviewed annually at the end of the Spring Term.
We accept bookings for pupils in Year 3 and above and a chaperone accompanies the pupils.

Getting to Royal Russell by Public Transport
Tram: Royal Russell is conveniently located opposite Coombe Lane tram stop, where trams run frequently between Wimbledon and Croydon.
Train: The nearest mainline stations are East Croydon and West Croydon, both with connections to London and the wider rail network.
Bus: Several bus routes serve the local area with stops near the school.
Airports: London Gatwick and London Heathrow airports are both accessible via rail connections through East Croydon.
